For this herb we ferment fresh white cabbage and grated cauliflower with leeks, carrots and spices from the Levantine cuisine: cumin, black cumin and a touch of chili. The result is oriental-spicy superfood that tastes great.
Spicy cauliflower goes well with hummus, wraps, sandwiches and falafel, but also as an ingredient for bowls and oven-roasted vegetables.
