Grilled Cheese Kimchi Sandwich

No words needed for that classic dish!

Serves 1 person:

2 slices of sandwich bread
1/2 tbsp (plant based) butter at room temperature
1-2 tbsp shredded cheese of choice
2-3 tbsp SUUR Classic Kimchi or SUUR Kimchi-Style Kraut
1/2 avocado, mashed with a splash of lime juice
microgreens or coriander if you like…

Spread a thin layer of butter over one side of each slice of bread.

Turn the slices of bread over so that the buttered side is facing down.
Put the mashed avocado on one slice and cheese on the other. Place the Kimchi on top of the avocado (and the microgreens or coriander).

Close the bread and place it on a sandwich toaster or in a grill pan and grill until golden and crusty (about 3-4 Minutes each side).
