Sandwich mit Avo, pochiertem Ei & Kraut

Diese Stulle könnte auch im Frühstückscafé auf der Speisekarte stehen, finden wir!

Serves 1 person:

1 big slice of bread of choice (we used sourdough rye spelt bread)

1/2 avocado, stem removed

1/2 tbsp creamcheese of choice (optional but recommended)

2-3 tbsp SUUR Kraut Deluxe oder SUUR Garlic & Pepper

1-2 poached eggs (you need and venigar)

seasoned salt


Spread the avocado on the slice of bread. Cover with a little creamcheese. Set aside to poach the eggs.

Bring a pot of water with a tbsp white venigar to a boil, then reduce he heat to low (or turn off the heat). Crack the egg(s) in a cup.Stir the water to create a vortex. Pour the eggs into the middle of the vortex. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Take the eggs out of the pot and place them on the bread.

Place the Kraut on top of the avocado and creamcheese. Sprinkle the seasoned salt.
