Brat-Reis mit Edamame und Suur Kimchi-Style

Fried rice with edamame and sour kimchi style

Heat the coconut oil and sauté the onion cubes over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Add the rice and crushed garlic and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the edamame and cook briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Optional: Add 2-4 eggs to the pan and let them set while stirring.

Divide between two plates, mix with SUUR Kimchi-Style Kraut and sprinkle with herbs and chili flakes.

1 glass of SUUR Love Craft herb kimchi style

200 grams of boiled rice

300 g edamame kernels (frozen or fresh)

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 onion, peeled and diced

2 garlic cloves peeled

Salt pepper

optionally:

2-4 eggs

Chili flakes, a few leaves of parsley and chives
