Yes, sure. It's out there somewhere. Winter with snow, blue skies and crisp, dry cold - an invitation to be outside that has become a season. To be honest: We from the North German lowlands actually only know this from Instagram at the moment.⁠

Attention, gray "winter" mean, here comes our answer! ⁠A fresh, colorful salad with everything we need in winter.

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients with the pressed garlic in a screw-top jar. Season with salt and pepper.⁠ ⁠

Carefully mix the grated carrot, SUUR Love Craft cabbage and radicchio with the dressing in a bowl.⁠ ⁠

Put fresh herbs and seeds on top.⁠ ⁠

Goes well with bread or potatoes.⁠

Ingredients for 1 bowl:⁠ ⁠


1 glass of SUUR Love Craft Herb Turmeric & Curry⁠

1 large carrot, peeled and grated⁠

1/2 small radicchio⁠, washed and cut into strips⁠

Fresh herbs (chives, cress)⁠

1 good handful of roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds⁠ ⁠


4 tbsp olive oil⁠

1 tbsp lemon juice⁠

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁠

1-2 tsp maple syrup⁠

1 tsp medium hot mustard⁠ 1 clove of garlic⁠ ⁠

optional: some grated apple or pieces of orange⁠ ⁠

Salt & pepper to taste⁠ ⁠
