Sometimes simple is so good: Leftover-Kräuterreis mit Sriracha

Sometimes simple is so good: Leftover Herb Rice with Sriracha

The recipe is actually severely exaggerated, but this was so delicious yesterday that we don't want to withhold it from you. Besides, it's usually the case when you come home in the evening that you don't necessarily have a top meal waiting for you. But there is a pot with rice, quinoa or millet from yesterday and looks at you reproachfully. Now it's going to be a really delicious meal - with a lively probiotic extra kick.

Finely dice onions. Cut the leek into fine rings. chop herbs. Sauté onions in olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked grain and leek and sauté until slightly browned. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Then mix the chopped herbs into the grain in a bowl. Top with lots of Sriracha and enjoy!

If you like, you can also fry a fried egg.
