Finely puree all ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender - if you like it sweeter, add a date. Pour into glasses, garnish with lemon balm or mint if desired.

150 g frozen berries (we used wild berries, but raspberries, blueberries also work) or 150 g fresh berries plus 2-3 ice cubes
250 ml oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
25 g Love Craft Herb Beetroot Ginger
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 sprig of lemon balm or mint for decoration
