You asked, we fermented! Here is our first kimchi traditionally made from Chinese cabbage.

For the SUUR Classic Kimchi, Chinese cabbage is fermented with carrots, leeks and onions according to a classic Korean recipe. Chili flakes, garlic, fresh ginger and tamari provide the typical hearty aroma. Since the SUUR Classic Kimchi is bottled unpasteurized, the good, living lactic acid cultures of the fermentation are preserved. It is made without fish sauce and is therefore vegan! Also, of course, 100% organic, gluten-free and no added sugar.

In Korea, kimchi is served with every main meal and many scientists see regular consumption of the fermented cabbage as one of the reasons for the old age and good health of Koreans. Of course, SUUR Classic Kimchi goes great with many Asian dishes, but is also ideal for sandwiches and burgers or bowls, salads and soups.
