Sauerkraut in a new and delicious way: cabbage, salt, love and lots of good cultures. Our pure herb deluxe is naturally fermented without starter cultures. It is allowed to mature slowly at 18°C for 3-4 weeks before being bottled raw. Because it goes into the glass unpasteurized, the good lactic acid cultures of the fermentation are preserved.
Our Kraut Deluxe goes perfectly with grilled food, potato salad and sandwiches, but also whenever special flavors are too much of a good thing. Tip: Try a (vegan) Reuben sandwich...
